Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Rash In Groin Area

I have a rash that appeared 3 days ago and has grown from a few bumps to about a 2 by 3 inch red spot. there are three spots. I was traveling to Houston satying in a hotel. It is not itchy. I have tried Cortizone 10 and it has otten bigger in the last day. It is on my right HIP nas toward my groin but not in the genital area.

The symptoms what you have mentioned in your history are suggestive of fungal infection which is most likely in groin region. For this you can take some antibiotics after an expert opinion with some anti allergic like Avil or cetrizine 8-12 hourly for itching and redness. You can use some anti fungal drugs like candid-b powder or keto-conazole cream for local application.
