Suggest Treatment For Red Marks On The Back And Chest Area

Hi there, my names Oliver, I m 20 years old. If you could please see attached photos, I ve been to the doctors before but what they prescribed, Lamasil, has not really worked. Apparently it s a fungus? When it goes away, after a week of using the cream consistently, there is a white spot where the red mark was. Just wondering what more I can do to get rid of it forever. It s all over my back also, and is spreading to my chest etc. Thanks!

Thanks for the query.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
