Suggest Treatment For Red Neck/chest With White Spots Under Chin
Hi, I'm 52, fair skinned and had my share of sun in the late 70's. I have a red neck and chest with a very white spot under my chin. I am currently using hydorquinone 4% for a month and a half, no visible results. The rash resembles a lacy pattern and is flat, does not hurt. I have been using sunscreen for years. Can you recommend anything please?

If you have an abnormal area of skin then it would be best to see your doctor for an assessment especially if you had a history of excess sun exposure.
The hydroquinone may not be effective against here.
