Suggest Treatment For Red Patches On The Face

I have been treating myself with kwellada lotion .They seem to be going but I have 3 dots that are staying red as thu they are infected. What should i use . I have tried Calamine lotion and looks like it helps and then 2 days they are still red. My husband does not think he has any although his hair is very itchy.

The treatment of your condition will depend on the cause.It could be a skin infection by bacteria or fungi or any other dermatological skin condition.A picture of the patches would have helped.However, the patches can only disappear progressively.Calamine lotion is a good skin agent and may help.I will advise you use it for some time and if spots persist, you see the Dermetologist for examination.
