General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having soreness and some local skin irritation and infection produced due to passing hard stool.
now infection spreads towards vagina.
If pain is severe while passing stool then there is possibility of having Fissure-in0 ano.
Apply triple action cream.
Avoid constipation.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
