Suggest Treatment For Red Rash Near My Inner Thigh And Scrotum

Hi Myself Mahi.. Good morning.. Am facing a severe problem with the rash near my inner thighs and balls .. It is red colored rash, blisters and also more itching sensation in the night times.. am using Betnovate N .. It is not showing any cure also. Please suggest me other medicine which cures fast to my problem.

Hi,Thanks for writing here.

It seems you are having fungal infection.Keep area dry.Use loose cotton under garments.Stop application of betnovate n since this can worsen the condition.At day time antifungal powder like candid along with steroid antifungal cream like candid b will help.Continue powder even if there is no itching.In case there is no response you need to take oral antifungals like fluconazole or terbinafine.
