Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On Face

Hi there, I have a scratch on my face that is red and a bit raw looking. I been applying polysporin on it, and not covering up the scratch. How can I get this to heal faster? Am I allowed to apply Vitamin E oil on it? If so, how so and when should I apply it? Thank you
