Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes On Penis Head And Foreskin Tightening
I am having small 5-6 red rashes on my penis head from last 2 weeks. Creamy like white substance is developed over the penis head. I took it casually and started washing my penis regularly. Also applied neosporin cream on the rash for a week. No pain. No itching. Still rashes don t go and white substance keep on developing. One more thing... My foreskin is getting tighter since one week. Just worried what it is. Any cure?
