Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history your child is having infantile eczema.
My treatment advice is -
1. Use a good moisturizer like Enmoist cream 3-4 times a day on affected skin.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Continue Atarax syrup for at least 10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid given only after consulting a dermatologist

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
