Suggest Treatment For Red Rings On The Bottom Lips
In the inside of my bottom lip I have a red ring. It s flat, isn t irritated in any way (nor soreness, itchiness, etc.), and has been there for about two weeks, now. The ring itself has a different texture from both the outside and inside (mildly bumpy) and the inside of the ring is discolored to a lighter shade of red from the rest of my lip and has a slight yellowness, as well. Have had the same partner for 8 months.

Hi,
You need to get it evaluated for aphthous ulcer, herpes or candidiasis. You need evaluation from a dental surgeon to differentiate between these. It may also need anti fungal as well as topical steroids.
