Suggest Treatment For Red Spots All Over Breasts

Hi, i have these little spots like under and a little more between my breast.. theyve been there for like almost 2 months now.. they where red before but now they are like turning to my skin color but still visible.. i dont know what they are.. i dont take any medications.. i just had my period so im not pregnant. It does not itch.. it doesnt hurt its just there.. help pls
