Suggest Treatment For Red Spots All Over The Body

Two nights ago, I was outside at night and I had gotten a lot of mosquito bites. I haven t really been scratching them too much. But now they are all really red and they all have a white center. How can I get rid of them, or speed up the process of making them go away? Thank you.

You can try oral benadryl and topical calamine lotion for now but it sounds like the spots may be infected and if so you'd need a course of antibiotics
