Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. By the history provided of recurrent such rashes around the mouth which heal by themselves point towards herpes labialis. This is further supported if there are fluid filled small blisters with a bit of burning sensation. If i were your treating physician, I would have started oral acyclovir. Kindly consult with your dermatologist to have a look at it. I would be happy to answer any further queries if you have any about the same so kindly feel free. Thank you. Wish you good health.
