Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Penis

Hi, what could be the cause of a penis with so many spots such that it looks like it has skin of different colours. the lower part is dart while the upper part seems like it have a very thin skin such that one can see some red things that looks like blood vessels?

Whay happens is, skin conditions like this are typically needed to be examined directly to confirm the diagnosis and do treat them. It may be a sexually Transmitted disease ( but I don't have your sexual history right now). It may be an allergic reaction to some medication ( I don't have list of your medicines) or a reaction to latex, condom constituent, a type of rubber. It may also be a fungal infection.

So I suggest you to please fix an in-office appointment with your physician and get it checked out. It needs urgent care.
