Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Roof Of Mouth

hi i recently discovered some red spots in my mouth like by the roof of my mouth and it really hurts to eat i was wondering what it mght be and if i should become concerned? I have also been coughing and it seems as it is more than one red spot like little ones as well.

thanks for your query, the multiple red spots could be because of herpes virus infection of multiple aphthous ulcers...consult your oral physician for complete examination and confirmation of the diagnosis..you can use topical anesthetics and analgesics for pain..i hope my answer will help you..take care
