Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Torso, Job Pain And Tightness In The Upper Chest

I m a healthy 44 yr old female. A few days ago I noticed about a dozen red spots on each side of my torso. They haven t really bothered me and thought maybe from a new soap. Today my upper right jaw is hurting. It s never done this before. almost a clicking or cracking feeling and I ve had no injury. The past few hours my upper chest almost near my neck, has a tightness feeling and I haven t new exercises. Any thoughts? Joyce
