Suggest Treatment For Red Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain

Hi, I have been on depo provera for about 10 months and during may I missed my shot and on july 31st I got the shot again. It will be a month I am actively on depo again. My stomach is bloated and I have mild pain in the lower abdominal and I have red discharge or blood but it isnt a flow or spotting , its mostly when I pee. It will change from brown to red. I also have a nrw strange kinda unpleasant smell down there , it never occurred until I missed my shot. My guess is that it from old blood and my PH balance was interuptted. Can you please help ASAP
