Hi,
As per the complaints you have written, it seems that you have got a furuncle.
It is very painful and usually recurrent. Just cleaning with dettol wont help it much. You need to show to some dermatologist nearby and have to start with oral and topical antibiotic as this condition is mainly because of bacterial infection and tend to be recurrent unless treated properly. Till then you can take a pain killer to get rid of pain.
I hope this will be helpful to you.
