hi i am a 35 year old female and i have blotchy lesions on my legs back and face some are brown and red and black i have been experiencing a cough fever and diarrhea i do not smoke and drink and i m am single and not sexually active i took heroine in my 20 s and losing a significantly amount of weight and i am under weight with a BMI 16 and i have a low cd4 count

It may be viral infection most probably. Thorough examination and investigations are needed.You seem to have poor immunity. Take all steps to improve immunity.Consult the dermatologist and physician for the proper diagnosis and perfect treatment.
