Suggest Treatment For Reddish Vaginal Discharge While On Birth Control Pills

Hi, I had unprotected sex on early early monday morning, I forgot to take my sunday birthcontrol pill but did asap on monday morning. I have just noticed that I accidentally took both monday and tuesday's pills on monday, and had some reddish discharge lastnight. What do I do?
