Suggest Treatment For Red,itchy Bumps On Thigh

We returned from Cabo on 3 days ago and the following day, I noticed some bumps on my upper thigh. Today, I noticed that the bumps had spread into a rash onto the front and side of that same thigh and also on the front and back of the other thigh. They are red, raised bumps which are itchy. I applied some anti-fungal cream but am not sure if this is the right solution.

Hi!! According to your history it doesn't seem to be fungal infection as it normally occurs on one side of the body and doesn't spread so quickly to the other side. Also it doesn't present as bumps but occurs in the form of a circular itchy rash. Your history suggests it to be a case of insect bite hypersensitivity reaction for which you should take tablet levocetrizine and apply some steroid like momatasone on those red bumps twice in a day. This will surely help in resolving your bumps in a weeks time.
