Suggest Treatment For Redness And Bruising On Foot

I have been sick sinse the first of January from High fevers to the chills diaherra, vomiting all syptoms of the flu. I had surgery in November of last yera on my ankle. Today it has a redness on the scar and aroung the place where they did surgery it has fluid it looks as though my foot is briused and I can't stand up for very long without feeling dizzey or wanting to vomit. My foot has a red mark over scare and the area around the incision is brusied and fluid built up could this be a infection that is in the blood stream and now attacking other places in my body I have been to ER 2 times and they stated everything is fine but yet I am still going down hill no energy etc.
