Suggest Treatment For Redness And Dryness In My Vagina

my vagina is red and looks like there is dry skin down there. I do suffer from severe dry skin, but it is a little painful because it is irritated. I have not been sexually active for a few months and have only ever had sex with my fiance but I am wondering what this could be and possibly what I can do to make it go away. This has been going on for about a week or so.
