Suggest Treatment For Redness And Itchy Penile Skin

For the last 3 months, when I pull my foreskin back the skin on my penis and below where the skin was pulled back rubs off into almost like white paste but it s definitely skin, not much itching just been happening everyday. The area is slightly red but not to bad. Does it sound like an std? I haven t had unprotected sex in a while.

Hi,

Noted the history and understood the concerns.

You have a long history of 3 months of white thing under prepuce on retracting the skin from glans. This is called smegma and can appea like skin.
The attendant redness indicate that you have been suffering from a condition called balano-posthitis.
First of all get your blood sugar checked to see whether you are suffering from diabetes or not.
Clean the area three to four times with plain water and keep the area dry.
Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine at least once a day.
This is most probably not STD.
Also get the urine checked.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Use loose underwear for aeration.
Consult our Doctor o get a prescription of an antibiotic and Metronidazole if needed.
This will be sufficient for cure if there is no diabetes.
If diabetes is present get it under control.
Rarely circumcision may be needed.
