Suggest Treatment For Redness And Puss Discharge From Spider Bite Area

HELLO, I got bitten by bug maybe spider in bali and its 1 month now and it didnt get better . they gave me iodin plastr in hospital ,i had my leg up but insted i have very same wond exactly next to it. i hope i dont have it inside my blood. it is painfull lot of puss every day yelow colour and very red and hard around. i am desperatte tried antihist . cream as well i tried tea tree oil and chinnese medicine an homeopathy. nothing helped!!!. thanks
