Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

It seems from the history that you are having redness and discharge from the eyes. This is infection of the eyes in the form of conjunctivitis. This can be because of secondary infection from the sinusitis.
The treatment of the condition is by use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs. Along with the treatment of eye infection, treatment for the underlying sinusitis is also important.

Thank you
