Suggest Treatment For Redness On Face And Neck

Hi. I ve been dealing with a red face and neck for the past two days. My face is very warm and completely red (not just on nose, cheeks, and forehead). Do you think its rosacea or a just a cause of dermatitis from a sunscreen I used two days ago? My face is tight and its painful at times

Explanation: It may be because of dermatitis/sunburns.Do you have any burning/itching sensation because of that? Please send me the details or else visit a dermatologist for physical examination. Good luck.
