Hi these are my symtoms, the head of my penis is very red,I have a red ring around where my foreskin comes back, I have yellow clumps in my semen and I also have these symtoms too, needing to urinate often, especially at night difficulty starting to urinate straining to urinate or taking a long time to finish pain when urinating or during sex What s wrog with me help It started about. 4-5 months ago but has got much worse the past week, I ve had a sexual health check and everything came back negitive

Since you already rules out sexually transmitted infection - it can be due to urinary tract infection. Doing a random blood sugar, urine culture and ultrasound pelvis can help.
