Suggest Treatment For Redness On The Chest While Having Diabetes

I am a 69 YO female, diabetic with other illnesses. My skin on my arms and chest is very red and a burning from inside. It does not seem to be dermatologist related. It was suggested it may be a thyroid problem. Any ideas, I don t know what kind of doctor to see.

Also, I wanted to know which medications you are currently taking.
