General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Little swelling after eye infection may persist for some time. I would suggest you should not worry about it, it would be fine in few days. You do not need any treatment for it.

Do apply a heating pad to your eyes for comfort. However, consult your Dr if swellings or redness increases, or if the problem in vision, but I am.

Hopeful this won't be needed. Use sunglasses to protect your eyes from air, dust etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
