Suggest Treatment For Regional Pain Syndrome And Degenerative Disc Disease

in 2005 I was given a mri the report stated had mild left neural foraminal stenosis at L5-S1 also degenerative disk disease at L4-5 and L5-S1. I have not had a mri since. But degenerative disk disease runs in my family. I am 58 yrs old with other diseases. I am also diagnosed with Cronic Regional Pain Syndrome in my feet with neuropathy also. I try to exercise as much as possible. Do I have a chance of staying out of a wheel chair? I am female.
