Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your mother has heavy diabetes with heavy urinary tract infection.
She needs to control her diabetes and urinary infection first. Sheet needs insulin to control diabetes. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin or cephalosporin can be used to control urinary tract infection.

In most of the cases if we control sugar and infection, renal function is improved automatically. If kidney functions doesn't improve with these measures then only dialysis is needed depending on cause.

Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
