Suggest Treatment For Reoccurring Ectopic Pregnancy

Good evening, abt 4 weeks ago, an ectopic pregnancy was diagnosed. A laparatomy was done leaving the affected tube unblocked. According to the gynacologist, the healed wound might increase the possibility of ectopic pregnancy when ovulating on that side. Now, my question is: How do I avoid fertilization in that tube? When can the ultrasound be done to check on which side I am ovulating? Thanks for your responses in advance. Weezy and Chi-Chi
