General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
As you mentioned that you are having asthma and respiratory infection .
There is pain in the chest and radiating to the left arm and head , so I recommend you consult a physician and get in ECHO to rule out cardiac involvement due to asthma .
When asthmatic patient visit my clinic I prescribe them to take montelukast+bambuterole tablet twice or once in day .
Hot coffee and steam inhalation also provide instant relief .
Since you are also having cough so take dextromethophan syrup .
Consult a physician and get his prescription for these drugs.
Good luck.
