Suggest Treatment For Restricted Breathing Due To Smoking Hookah

I use to smoke hookah but in large quantities but have stopped smoking for over a year my body now tends to feel closed can caged in which is restricting my breathing. I exceed use and jog and try to eat as healthy as possible but it still feels as if my body is closed inside and it s been making it hard to breathe for a while and I desperately seek answers. What would be the best route to take. Maybe keep excercising, pills, medicinal marijuana?. Any answers are appreciated. God bless
