Suggest Treatment For Restricted Movement In The Upper Arm Post Injury
I sliped and fell while closing my apt. blinds. my right upper arm is badly bruised from hitting it on the coffee edge. it wasn t bruised until this morning and no it feels a little hot to the touch. should I be worried about it I have full range of motion

Your symptoms seem to be related to the injury of the arm. I suggest to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three tablets a day. I also recommend to use ice compresses and maintain the area immobilized.
