Suggest Treatment For Restricted Movements And Stiffness In Neck

I have had a stiff neck to the point of lack of movement for about a month now. Got a new pillow. nothing. took muscle relaxors. nothing. have done ice. stretchs. all I get is minimal movement. have some neck degeneration from what the xrays say, but I am 55 years old and that would be expected. Am in otherwise good helath, 5'7"..135 lbs. Any suggestions?
