Suggest Treatment For Retinal Thinning

Few days back I had an eyecheck up and the I was told that I am having thin retina in both the eyes and if I see flash of lights I need to contact an opthalmologist ASAP. Well what I want to know

1. Is there any treatment of retinal thinning before I start seeing flash of light

2. Any suggested diet ?



3.I am software professional and I spend 8-10 hours in my computer /laptop ? does that aggravate the disease?



4. Can I loose vision in future?

Diet rich in vitamin A and antioxidants will be of help.
Your profession will not affect your vision.
