Suggest Treatment For Retroverted Uterus And Lower Back Pain

I have had acute lower back pain for 4 weeks ?herniated/bulging disc L5. I have also had substantial bloating for about 5 months with night time back ache. I have had an ultrasound today which shows a retroverted (but otherwise normal) uterus, above average (24mls) fluid in cul de sac and a tiny stone in my right kidney. Some inconsequential cysts etc. on right ovary but nothing measuring over 3cm. The sonographer seemed quite concerned about the level of fluid. However she said it could be caused by the problem with my back eg: a trapped nerve perhaps? Is this a likely scenario?
