Suggest Treatment For Retroverted Uterus

I had a laproscopy done last year to look for endometriosis. The doctor said he found none, but he did find scar tissue and a retroverted uterus. The pain hasn't gone away, and I was wondering if he could have missed endometriosis and if I should get a second opinion. I have an appointment with a different gyno because I didn't like the way I was treated with the first one.
