When you have Rhumatic Fever when you have pain in chest all joints are very painfull allergic to penicillan got new medication still very itchy from head to toe. Should you be admitted to hospital. I understand this very serious. At first couldnt walk.

The possible cause of itching could be because of your allergy to medications leading ta condition known as urticaria. The second cause is erythema marginatum which is a rash associated with rheumatic fever.A topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion can be used along with oral antihistamines like fexofenadine. Depending on severity you might also need a course of short course of steroids.
