General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The lower back pain can be helped out with physiotherapy when the component is muscular related. When there is neurologic component from nerve compression, the physio has limited help to some extent.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
