Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis In The Hands

I have rheumatoid arthritis in both hands. It started a couple of years ago and is now spread to both hands. A couple of years ago one of the nodules ruptured and I got a terrible infection and ended up in the hospital and a picc line. the problem I have is I do not have health insurance and cant afford to go to the doctor. I went to one along time ago and she gave me Votren cream which actually has helped. just have noticed the little nodules appearing on some of the other fingers and wondered if I could do anything about it
