Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis
I have severe r/a and my knees have been bone on bone for a long time I now have an intense pain below the knee when bending it feels as though something has a tear in it possibly meniscus. I have extreme high tolerance to pain and this is a 10 on the pain scale.

The very first thing is to determine the stage of arthritis damage on the knee. Plus, should rule out possible meniscus tear.
So, arthritis testing and X-ray and MRI of the knee are highly recommended. Meanwhile, try to limit knee movements. Apply analgesic locally, and take a magnesium supplement.
