Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

hi....i am resident of westbengal. My mother is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for the past 10 years. Now recently she faced a problem of huge pain in knee joints. We did consult a doctor and after making the Xrays of both the knees the doctor said the gap in her left knee joint is almost gone and the condition of the right knee joint is also not good. He advised us to make surgery of boh the kness as erly as possible.
So, please inform me that in vellore, where we should make this surgery and what will be the cost of this operation.....Thank you
