Suggest Treatment For Rhinitis Symptoms Like Fits Of Sneezing And Itchy Throat

I suffer from allergic rhinitis symptoms - fits of sneezing , itchy throat and eyes , runny nose - gets too much sometimes esp. the sneezing fits - I get around get 10-12 sneezes one after another , leaves me fully shaken, at times also my bladder leaks .pls tell me of any remedy which has negligible side effects.

You could then reduce your exposure to this agent. It can be dust, pollen, animal dander, food or drink.
With dust, treatment would involve reducing rugs/carpets, using covers on pillows, mattresses, couches.

Allergy testing is also available if it is difficult to find the allergy source on your own.

Treatment of allergies may also involve the use of anti histamines and decongestants.
These are over the counter medications.

In addition topical steroid nasal sprays may also help eg flonase, rhinocort, nasocort, nasonex
