Suggest Treatment For Rib Cage Fracture

I believed I cracked a top rib on the right hand side of my front body. Very painful to breathe, shirt of breath, hurts to stand up, cough, sneeze and nearly passed out, Can't bend over to lift things. Can't bear any weight. Painful to dress. A very painful sensation.
