Suggest Treatment For Right Arm And Elbow Pain Caused After Lifting Weight
About 3 weeks ago, after lifting and carrying heavy bags, I noticed that evening pain in my right arm. Since then it has become EXTREMELY painful, especially in the elbow area, and slightly above and below the elbow. It is now at a point that it is difficult for me to carry anything. I have tried Tylonal to relieve the pain, it sometimes eases it, but it comes back with a vengeance. I have also ice packed it with no results.

I understand your cocern.Some advices that I can give to you are: -Get a Massage -Stretch Your Elbow and Wrist Flexors -Limit Arm Isolation Exercises -Supplement With Omega-3s.The other option would be to get more Omega-3s in your diet from fish, walnuts, flax seeds and chia seeds.
