Suggest Treatment For Right Paracentral Disc Herniation At L-5 S1

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from lower back pain since about a month's time. I underwent X-ray and MRI. It says, broad based central and right paracentral disc herniation at L-5 S1 with moderate impression on thecal sac and mild impression on traversing right S1 nerve root. How can I get this cured? Please suggest how to go about.
