I have severe back pain on the right side. Around the kidney area. It hurt so bad for last 2 days I could hardly walk or set down. After a bowel movement tonight it seems to not hurt so bad. What could this be. I have an appointment with back Dr. Wednesday

Renal angle pain mostly due to Renal calculi. Do an ultrasound abdomen and confirm it. Consult your doctor.
